Wannaflix focuses on Netflix and China users and is one of the first ShadowsocksR providers (at least in English language). Recently Wannaflix added v2ray and a new OpenVPN protocol called “Eclipse”.
Approximately, half of the servers worked in my test. Wannaflix has a very good speed and you can watch Netflix libraries on special Netflix servers. The pricing is higher than the rest on this list with $1.40 per device a month, with 5 simultaneous connections.

TorGuard is another famous VPN provider based in US. Similar to the 12VPN, TorGuard also offers wide range of stealth protocols such as: SSH Tunnel, Stunnel, OpenConnect, StealthVPN and StealthProxy. The have also added WireGuard recently. The protocols are compatible with Android, Windows and Mac devices, the only iOS compatible protocol is OpenConnect. You can use the VPN on 8 simultaneous connections for $60/year ($0.63 device/month), and with the generous 50% recurring discount you end paying $30 per year. TorGuard also claims that they have zero-log policy.
The only two drawbacks, that I could find are that TorGuard is located in the US, and the fact that you have to pay for a seperate bundle to enjoy streaming services.
July 2020 update:
I would not recommend big names like ExpressVPN, NordVPN and SurfShark as a stealth VPN. Since they are popular, the VPN blocking firewalls have been targeting and blocking them.
Regarding TorGuard, please before purchase ping their servers, or try one month subscription, because part of their servers are blocked in my country. Their servers are visible on the website, even if you are not a customer.
Whereas TorGuard is also a good choices for your iOS, Windows, Mac devices, the stealth protocols of VPN.ac are not available on the iOS app.

I have used VPN.ac, the low-profile VPN service from Romania, for about a year, and I can surely say it was one of the most stable VPNs for Android. I mean in terms of not being blocked by the VPN blocking firewalls. VPN.ac offers XOR and ECC patches as the obfuscation protocols. Recently, the also added WireGuard. The pricing is also good with $0.80 per device a month, with 6 simultaneous connections. You can also watch streaming services like Netflix with VPN.ac.
